Rx450h hybrid tripping after 30 mins

Hi but a new Battery on as the old one was original

but after driver for 30 mins it trips hybrid saying hybrid system no available 

leave it to cool for half an hour and resets ok but run it for longer than 30 mins and it trips again, any ideas

You need to read the OBD codes (if any are flagged) then tell us what they are. These codes are starting points for further diagnostics and help to point us in the right direction; without them all anyone can do is make random guesses.

Could be inverter cooler issue or blocked, clogged vents under rear seat?

Traded mine in doing that 8 weeks ago same year as yours when Battery off car for twenty minutes fault disappeared, Lexus said no fault found, but got rid as I thought it sounded costly if fault reappeared.
