I have an early model GS300 that I want to give a "facelift" to. I am interested in upgrading the front end to look like the newer model GS. Has anyone tried this and is it possible? I am pretty new to car modifications and I am not too sure exactly what to look for. I know that the parts need to be able to mount in place correctly. Does anyone know if its possible to give my Lex the newer look?

I'm still after a MK1 GS300 sport like my dad's old one because of its looks, its a classic design, and in sport guise looks the biz, not as nice without the spoiler and with a higher ride height

I mean no offence to MK2 drivers, but why would you want to make the front look like a merc? :tomato:

But seriously if you prefer the front of a MK2, why not just by a MK2, by the time you've spent the money changing the lights, bonnet and bumper etc, you could've sold the mk1 and bought a mk2
