Cost Of Brake Calipers

hi guys

does anyone know how much its gonna cost me to buy a set of brake calipers. i wanna spray mine black but my current ones r a bit rusty

let me know prices and dealers

just take a wire brush to the rust and paint them while on the car, will only cost you £20 to do it that way. and there will be no hastle with fitting the new brakes etc etc

would it look nice that way....i need to put in a set of rear brake discs anyhow and i want to put a lexus decal sticker on the calipers

You don't need to disconnect the calipers to change the discs.

Paint then with a brush don't spray while on the car

i got a price from lexus belfast and they were looking at £270 +vat for o/s/f caliper picked a set up from scrappys for 70 quid each

I thought you had your stock calipers powdercoated and it was only brembo pads and rotors you were putting on?

I got a spare set of calipers off an RS200 to powdercoat from Scott at ASP, so I could still drive my car while the work was being carried out. Otherwise I would have been without the motor for 3 weeks between sandblasting and powdercoating. So I will be taking off my current calipers to put the powdercoated ones on!
