Not Happy

Right further to my i hate supermarket car parks post i finally got my insurance to collect my car for and get it taken to boundary garage in bury for repair they confirmed it needed a new wing and bumper, when they came to pick up my car i got a courtesy car which happens to be a peugeot 206 diesel not really an equal replacement for my is200 but i thought hey its a car, after leaving it on my drive for an afternoon i discovered that it has a slow puncture thanks very much. Anyway I was told my car would be ready either Thursday (today) or Friday. After having heard nothing from them for a week i thought great i can get rid of this heap soon so i rang them this afternoon and was told that it wouldn't be ready until at least monday of next week. It would have been nice if they would have told me this before i was due to get my car back I can only assume that they weren't going to tell me at all, worse still is the fact that when I rang them and said i was told it would be ready by today/tomorrow the woman on the other end of the phone just said no like i was making it up. All in all i am not happy with the service i have received from boundary garage in bury.

I used them some years back when someone run up my a :tsktsk: s, (not lexus a vw) and yes i got the same service as you are getting nice to see thay not changed :duh:
