Philips Bluevision?

Recommended Posts

I got a Set of Philips bluevision for my IS and I was very disapointed with them, I then tried some PIAA bulbs which were very expensive but they offered a very white light and seemed to light up the road alot better, then finally I got a HID kit from Prolex and they were amazing.

It realy depends on what look you want I guess

I didnt find the philips ones to be any better than the stock bulbs for me.

I have the Bluevisions in dip, main and front fogs............. marginally better light IMO but I have to say I was a little disappointed with the results considering the cost of them............. one of the front fogs has gone (9 months?) so I am back to 1 stock and 1 Blusvision, you can tell the difference but its marginal

BlueVision are more white than stock but will still look yellow compaired to HIDs. However they are cheap and are legal which PIAA are not.

If you want more light then you shouldn't look at the blue (white) bulbs because they reduce output but something like Philips Premium instead.
