Are you running with some form of additive? Can't be sure from the photo but looks like some form of deposit build up which must be something you're burning. Problem with modern engines all the old rules on the look of spark plugs etc are often off. It's like the good old dyas of looking for a nice salt and pepper exhaust pipe to check your mixture.
