Central Locking / Window / Remote Problem

Viewing of Lexus I was gonna see tonight is off for the time being as the dealer couldn't find out wha the problem was regarding locking the car.

What happens is this (as I see it):

Remote locks door but winds down window. To get round this you need to use the key to lock the door but doesn't lock the rest of the car. In addition the 2 passenger windows don't work. Apparently these are all related and a relay was taken out/put back in???

Dealer is gonna get auto electrician to look at it but I thought I'd ask here in case there's something to check that you guys know about. It could be something simple so don't wanna pass up chance of car. On the other hand it could cost lots to fix so don't wanna go down that route.
