As i'll be fitting my dvd / stereo etc (with lots of help) on Sunday, i thought i may aswell also hard wire in my road angel whilst i'm at it.

I think a couple of you on here have wired it into the back of the cigarette lighter, but i'm unsure on how to do it. Do you have to cut off the cigar lighter plug, strip it back and then wire into what??

Just tap into the cigarette lighter live wire for your live feed :D

P.S also on the back of your raido you can get permanent live, the Blue with yellow stripe :D

easiest way (to avoid stripping wires etc) is to use Scotchlocks - they clamp round a wire and allow you to splice into it without cutting it - you can buy them in Halfords - colour red for thin wires and blue for medium and yellow for thickuns

Ive just used them on my cooker and they are great!
