Custom Sub Boxes

Has anyone tried or knows if you can put a custom sub box under the rear seats in the IS300 2003? If you have any info post back, thanks.

thats where the fuel tank is so without massive modding, then not really

Why????? There is no space at all for even a Tweeter under those seats.

Better off putting them in the boot.

would be interesting to watch someone blow themselves to smitherines while drill holes into the fuel tank to fix the sub box.

Why not remove the rear seats if you are that pushed for space. I know I considered it for my build but opted just to go for the boot.

Don't laugh, I did that once - at a sound off competition in Letterkenny.

They were going to disqualify me for not having the box secured so I fired some screws through the sub box and into the foor.

Thankfully I was driving a diesel at the time. All worked out well and I broke the Irish record for SPL.

If you dont want to loose to much space get some stealth boxes, quite expensive tho! www.audioacoustics.com or something
