i had to quickly indicate to move infront of him as he hadn't noticed that he hit me..yeah right!

my baby lex is now hurt and im :tsktsk: i can tell you. must admit the damage isn't that bad but if i hadn't of drove quickly infront of him he would of drove off..

Doesn't matter if he admits liability or not.

A rear end shunt is no contest. He is at fault.

Just glad that you are okay.

Its sounds like he clipped him more from the side just on the bumber - what if the lorry driver says YOU changed lanes !!

Did you get any witnesses.

At least your ok, I once saw a woman driver move over into the side of an artic, it dragged her in, chewed her up and spat her out, and didn't even know. He only stopped as he happened to look in his mirror and saw this mashed up car careering of to the side.
