Not for the rest of the car no, if your starter motor was to go, then you would get it fixed under warranty, thats if yor car is still under warranty :D

phoned the parts department and they had never heard of the TTE back box has anybody got the stock number for it because they said they would need that first

I'd be tempted to check with a dealer...if it "enhances" BHP etc and your engine blows they won't cover you...

Surely if you got it from a Lexus dealer and had it fitted by Lexus, it wouldn't void the warranty anyway?

Good point - I suppose it's the dealers that have to justify the claim...so if they're happy who's to complain? I'd still double check...'cos the guy at parts won't really care...and neither will the fitter!

I just ike to keep things simple to save heartache...once bitten, forever.....shy!

thanks for that shame they don't have a picture of the one for the TTE bumper because i got the yellow IS the one with the TTE back and front bumpers as standard

I think they look exactly the same, but the one for the TTE rear skirt has a slightly longer pipe, therefore if you have the TTE skirt, go for that exhaust, cos the other one will be hidden away behind your bumper
