Bristol are having to put more peeps on. Just had an invitation to go and meet them/have a Danish pastry/browse the Saturday papers/have the car valeted :) .

Hey Tango...where did you get the fancy car cover?

Purchased from Lexus Houston, along with a cargo net for the boot. It's made of a light weather resistant, but breathable material and rolls up into a bag about 6" Dia by 24" long. It has heat resistant material around the back end for the exhaust pipes. Needed it to stop all the dust and crap settling on my paintwork as I'm over there more than here at the moment,

I'm not surprised.

I did forecast some time ago when the cheapest model sprang from circa £18K to circa £23K that sales would dip after the initial rush.

With the most desirable model now hitting £30K I think Lexus is now a niche company more so than before.

What cannot help is the reported niggles and the weekend 'Auto Mundial' test where they stated that whilst the IS250 is good, it is not as good as the new 3 series !
