I rather listen to what other drivers are saying via this site and also in some of the driver reliability surveys (Auto Express, J. D. Power, Top Gear...)

"Warranty direct" - that's a classic...

They don't want unreliable car owners to buy their warranty...doesn't work in their favour...

They'd rather Laxus owners buy a warranty (knowing they'll never have to settle a claim)... :duh:
