Lexus Reading

Has anyone used Lexus Reading for servicing recently? and if so let me know your experience be it good or bad.

My IS 200 is due a service soon and will probably be taking it to Reading.

Hope this helps a little. Something i posted up last month re their help with a little problem i had:.....................

Wasnt very amused the other day when my car grounded its front bumper on the new speed humps that they have installed in my road (speed humps, more like mountains ) Stopped the car and looked at the damage. the speed hump had managed to rip and break the main bolt holding the front near side in place, hmmmmm not happy. Phoned the building company who were very apologetic and stated they would pay for any damage but just needed a quote, so off i went to my nearest lexus dealership, Reading. Please remembr that this is my first lexus and therefore my first lexus dealership experience after coming over from Honda. In I walked and hear the experience began........

1. Cup of tea and coffee offered in a proper cup sat down on proper leather sofas with magazines and papers + a wide screen TV

2. Manager inspected the car and stated he would need to put it on the ramp

3. 20 minutes later, bumper fixed (ish) (temp solution before new one)

4. When i asked how much ...... no charge!!!!

Ive heard about the 'Lexus experience' and now i understand why Lexus get number 2 in the top gear survey. I walked out a very happy man

so at the moment i shall give the Reading dealership 10/10

I use Lexus Bracknell (Linked to Reading - Octagon). Always had a very good service from them, and found them a helpful bunch.

I've not used Reading since Jan (MOT) but they've been consistently good over the last four years.

I used Lexus Reading for new number plates a month ago here is my experience?

Went in and told them wanted I wanted

Got a cup of coffee that tasted nice and sat on leather coutch with widescreen tv

Number plates were made and paid for them

Asked about my Lexus and how things were going

They put the plates on for me free and I was out in 10 mins
