Lexus Steering Wheel Controls

Was just wondering the only things missing off my Lexus are parking sensors, automatic lights and steering wheel controls for the radio are there any accessories that crater for these features?

- Parking sensors, get a quanam system and fit it by yourself, really easy and you will save money (regarding the Lexus original one) see in the forum, there is a lot of infos about that system

- automatic lights come with the 300, don't know for the 200 but maybe (on my past 200 there isn't any)

- there isn't any radio control on the steering wheel coming from fabric, unless you change the whole stereo system by getting, for example a pioneer one, who comes with a remote control to fit on it
