Dead Radio And Cd Player

I returned recently from abroad and the Battery on my LS400 was dead. The radio panel was showing the SEC word. I followed the instructions( I thought), put in my pin etc and hit the radio button as instructed and it went totally dead/locked. How can I undo this? I have disconnected the Battery to see if it would go back to the "SEC" setting but there was nothing doing. Any help out there?

Thanks Steve, the fuse is fine; I feel I must have erred when entering the code and it locked as it would if it was being nicked from the car. I think I now understand what Nietzsche meant when he said:
