Need Help Looking For Add-on Speedometer...

Hi all... this is my 1st post.. im from Malaysia..... i have an Altezza last two month ago and it was RS200 5A/T...

the problem that now im facing is my speedometer that on my car dint show th accurate speed... means that when i drive at the actual speed of 95km/h my car meter shows up 100km/h... so i was planing to get a add on meter .... was considering on Apexi RSM or Defi VSD concept... dont know which 1 is better... any one here could do me a help??? becides installing some sort of gps system your never going to solve this as far as i know

mine is the same it can be caused by different wheels / wrong pressured tyres

the rsm and im guessing the defi vsd cant say for sure as ive never used one display the same info that should be on your dials if setup correctly

i am open to correction tho . im sure somone else might have a solution for you but i havent heard of one yet

also since ur car is a auto the apexi rsm wont work propperly . you will have to get a hks unit instead

Not sure if you'll find anything accurate to be honest, GPS is usually a little laggy, and anything you add onto the ECU is going to be given the same modified signal that is going to the ECU (at least I think it will if the signal is modified before it's output from there).

It's the same on all cars, they usually overread a little and the margin of error increases above 100mph.
