Gettin Messed Bout By An Ebayer!

Ok guys, when i first got home....4weeks ago i bought a game from an ebayer, i paid as i always do straight away via pay pal. I have now sent a few emails to the person asking where the game is. I got a reply of i forgot to go to the post office and send it....ok....but after 4weeks this person has either got a very short memory span or is just doing it to p me off!!

Has any one else had this, and if so how do i go about reclaiming my money? I know it was only 7quid, but im in a foul mood anyway and just want either money or game!! I still have not posted feedback for them, but i have just sent a demanding email off to them!!

Speak to paypal and raise the situation? can't remember whats the exact word for it.

Ordered something on eBay too and item never turned up! paypal managed to get my money back but it may take a little time! approximately a month

I'm in the same situ at the moment - bought something on 4th May and still haven't got it. They aren't replying to my emails at all. :tsktsk:

Problem with eBay is if you leave negative feedback, they will also leave it for you and it will probably affect your positive feeback % more than theirs so you're worse off. Happened to me before (eBay will not do anything about it) and I don't want it to happen again but don't really seem to have much choice.

Not had to claim money back through paypal yet though but probably will have to soon.

Report them through eBay, not paypal. They have to respond to the claim within a certain amount of time otherwise you get the money back. The item also disappears so negative feedback isn't a problem. It's in the Resolution centre.
