update: It has stopped raining now, but is very wet and very dark. but hopefully thats the end of the rain and we can have a rainfree weekend. It wont be called off though even if it rains all weekend. there are tarmac roads through and its mostly non moving show, should be good update to follow later.

Could end up being a very muddy affair, i have just heard that there are parts of Peterborough under water, not sure how true this is though.

Just get some flip flops, your car has heaters dont it that will dry your feet. Hopefully by sunday everything is still there and really sunny. and then i can get a few things.

Hmmm..just thinking I'll be glad to get out of the country for a week, even though it prevented me from going to JAE, then I checked the Houston weather forecast..thunderstorms expected every day for the next 10 days with 60-80% chance of precipitation :( . No escape.....anyway hope you all have a great week-end, wet or not :D

That will be fine, a little secret from a local lad there is a hotel in a place called boongate, it is very cheap i think £18 a night very basic facilities but will be better than camping none the less.

seems a bit daft to travel all them miles to get there only to just turn around when there a bit of mud :)

300 miles round trip for me, just to get wet and messy, :)
