yeah maybe mate - but then I'd have to tell the writers of the 30 or so posts every day I move cos they get posted in the wrong section :P :D

And just so that we're clear, I'm gonna move this one to general discussions too.

Believe me when I say that you wouldn't be able to find anything around here without the mods team doing this - we're only trying to keep the place tidy so that all members can get maximum benefit from the forums.

perhaps it would be an idea then to have a standard pm say

your post has been moved to ???

so when you go to the effort to move a post you could also tell this person who has spent their time and energy contributing to the website where it has gone after all they are only posting cos they want to be on the site and isnt it better to educate?
