Hi guys,

My :tsktsk: cigarette lighter gave up on me on the weekend when I was using a 12v kettle through it. Tried it in another car and was fine. I have checked the fuse but it is ok, any ideas what it could be?

Other than the fuse no, where did you check/change the fuse ? was it driver's side footwell ?

yeah checked the website for location 1st and went and found it. Middle column 2nd row up - looks sound.

cant help im affraid but thought i'd use the post to ask if anyone's lighter pop's out of the socket when its heated? Oh, and when i say pop's out i mean it literally jump's out and lands on the floor unless you're ready for it.

I wasn't sure about it.
