Connection Under Seat

Think I found the car i want. everything is mint only I noticed a wire with small block on it under the passenger seat and its not connected to anything. Should this be right? I dont know if there is one under the drivers seat, i didnt look. I think I remember reading somewhere that the connections are already in place for if you want to swap the seats for electric ones. Is this correct, maybe this is the wire i saw.

What colour is the connector?

I have a Z edition and the seats have been out a few times now and there is no wiring for powered/heated seats under there.

i have power seats and there is a yellow connector block to power these

Ye these connectors are either for side airbags or electric seats

i think it was black, definitly not yellow.
