Price On 'lexus' Belts

Ive got a local garage getting back to me about the price to change the timing belt/tension belt and air con belt and they have told me that they will only use orginal Lexus parts. Due to local garage reps etc and I want to make sure im not ripped off!! I just wanted to check with you guys as I know some of you work within Toyota parts etc and should have a rought idea on how much these are going to cost? Many Thanks

prices approx from Lexus/Toyota for an IS200 (6 cylinder engine)

Ive been quoted £265 for parts and then on top labour and vat = £350. Guess looking at the prices above thats getting ripped off!

Could you supply your own parts and then get them to fit them for you as then you will know what it cost and all you will pay is the labour charges at the garage?

Didnt think garages do this, due to they can guarantee the work or something?

the only genuine toyota belt i would buy is the timing belt - for the rest doesnt matter what brand it is.

in europe the timing belts are about £40
