Is200 Starting Problem

My IS 200 (1999 V reg') has developed a slight starting problem over the past week. She would always fire up at the first turn of the ignition, but now requires more than 3 attempts to start. The Spark Plugs were changed on the 60,000 service. She now has 102,000. Any ideas before I start replacing parts?
