Help !

I PURCHASED SOME BLUE LED bulbs FOR MY IS 200, SPEEDO, IT DOESN,T SEEM LIGHT ENOUGH IN THE DARK, , THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS THE MPH DIAL, REV DIAL AND THE 3 DIALS IN THE CENTRE ARE NOT REALLY BRIGHT ENOUGH, CAN SOMEONE HELP !

I BOUGHT THEM FROM E-BAY (LED AUTO DESIGN :shutit:) , BLUE LED DASH KIT LEXUS IS 200 £26.99, I KNOW I PAID OVER THE ODDS, I THOUGHT IT WOULD LOOK NICE !!

I CAN E-MAIL ANYONE PICTURES I HAVE TAKEN AFTER I HAVE FITTED THESE NEW LED'S SO YOU CAN SEE MY PROBLEM !

ahh righty, just done this mod myself....

did you lighly sand the LED with some very fine wet and dry? this difuses the light and spreads it out a bit and helps, but cheap LEDS (in blue) from my experience can be a bit... dull.

i got some T10 wedge LEDs but instead of being just 1 LED on the wedge its 4... UBER BRIGHT! :D

have a look on eBay at item number 200165255392 and you will get the idea :D

yup the T10 wedge bulb is the same for the sidelight :D

I have some good looking speedo dials for the IS200s. but only suitable for the older models, with MPG gauge at the lower section of the speedo

I used ultra bright leds on mine there not too bright but not too dull if you know what i mean? I'm just waiting for some ultra violet and bright white ones to come to see what other patterns i can get on the dash? :winky:

I DID SAND THEM, THERE WERE 6 IN TOTAL, 1 FOR THE IGNITION KEY WHICH IS FINE, THEY JUST DON,T SEEM BRIGHT ENOUGH, IT,S HARD TO SEE THE DIALS IN THE DARK , I THINK I NEED THE ULTRA BRIGHT ONES, DO YOU KNOW WHAT SIZES I NEED AND HOW MANY ?
