Preparing for the worst with my power steering pump.

searching breakers etc for a second hand one and I have found one thats coming off a 91 model, will this fit my 93 series 2 ls400?

It should do if I remember correctly series 1 to 3 are the same pump and it was the series 4 that had a different type as it was relocated.

Having thought about it a bit more yes it will fit as I recently purchased a 91 PS pump to rebuild and it is the same but if you fancy a bit of DIY the full rebuild kit with all gaskets, seals and the bearing is around £40.00, the proceedure is on Lexls and the only 3rd party help you may need is the removal and refitting of the bearing if you don't have the required tools.
