Help?

Hi there :D

I´m from the Euro-Lexusforum,but since the new Forumsoftware startet up i can´t open the Forum.I go from this UK-Forum to the "Euroflag"Link.But when the site opens,i only have a empty page with the "Lexusownersclub"banner.What is wrong? :(

can you try clearing down your Internet Explorer history?

and then go to http://euro.lexusownersclub.com/forums/

press CTRL + F5 as well?

we are using a new server now - try opening a Dos window (Start, Run, cmd) and enter the command

ping eu.lexusownersclub.com

and an IP address (eg 123.123.99.99) will be returned.

Post that IP address here, and we;ll see if you have the server?

that would not work i dont think mat.. the new software was only installed on the new server.

since that was quite a few days ago since the DNS changed that name should have propogated for sure.

Do you see a chrome logo at the top of your page?

Also can you see the log in at all. if you can log in please try and do so.. if you can and then it works then it might be a template problem. I need to know this so i can investigate.

i have set some cookie paths.. but i am not sure if this is the problem

Yes,you are right! :)

I can see a chrome logo at the top. I can see log in,and i can log in,then i can see:log in as ARAGON.But thats it,i can´t see more(undergroups IS200,GS etc).All settings on my PC are the same as before.

I have delete all my cookies,even my history but nothing helps.It´s very strange,because it is the same PC,the same operatingsystem(Windows XP)and all the settings are the same as before .

The IP-adress what you asked for:I could only get the adress from www.lexusownersclub.com 209.50.237.187.

that is the correct IP address, the right server.

and I can register and login and see all the forums
