Clearing Destinations From Memory

Good morning all.

I'm new to Lexus ownership and the forum and wonder if you can help please.

My car is a low mileage '05 GS300 and I'm thrilled to bits. However (you could tell that was coming couldn't you) I'm third owner and the navigation contains loads of destinations input by the other two. I'd quite like to clear out the memory of all that stuff so that I'm starting from new. I can see from the manual how to get rid of POI but not destinations. Is there a way or must my dealer reset the equipment.

And finally, an easier one (I think); the display tells me that the passenger air bag is switched off. The manual tells me to visit the dealer to reset it but there is a rotary switch in the glove box. Can I simply turn the switch to "on" without anything going bang :o or should I go to the dealer (which I'm happy to do for servicing etc).

Any guidance will be much appreciated

No idea about the satnav questions but as far as the airbag goes, yes, you can just turn the switch to on. It is designed for you to be able to activate/deactivate it when ever needed incase you install a rear facing child seat in the front.

Same problem with my Nav. Tried to delete but they keep reappearing.

Inserted manual key but it seems that the switch is actually turned "on" (and seems to be sprung loaded in this position) and yet the dashboard warning still shows "airbag off". Should I be heading toward the dealer?
