Seat Removal

Just bought replacement carpet off Elliot and was wondering how easy it was to get the seats out to fit it, also does the centre console have screws underneath the rear cup holders or anywhere else besides the ones you can see on the sides. Would it be advisable to disconnect the Battery while the seats are out because of the air bags?

Cheers.

PM coming your way Andy :D

BIG thanks Wozza :D

It's really easy mate, takes me about 10 minutes now. I take the lot out to clean out the inside of the car. It is only about twice a year though

Might start that one myself see how easy I find it 1st tho

Take the headrest out of the seat, put them full forward, take out the 2 bolts at the back of the slide rails and lift the back of the seat up as far as possible. Unplug the connectors under the seat (yellow are air bags), the others are power for heated seats and adjusters (if you got them). Then just take the seat out.
