Servicing Has Anyone Used...

Hi all. Was topping my car up with water yesterday when i noticed a pink buildup on the engine. apparently its the water pump bypass hose leaking..£173.00 for lexus to fix it as its not covered under warranty.. is this serious as cant really afford to get it done right now..also has anyone used this servicing company http://prestigecarservicing.com/lexusservi...CFQoh3god9xldnA if so please advise. thanks..

How come it's not covered under warranty? Is it one of those weasel clauses? Seems a high cost to me. I would try a good local garage. Can't be that complicated surely. It's only a car - thousands of them on the road.
