Lexus Link Message

I keep getting messages on Lexus Link and have no idea what it means, any suggestions?

Think you have to change something in the settings of your Lexus Link app

- bottom of the screen - 2nd 'icon' from the RH corner

- 2nd icon from the top 'setting for messages

- Load messages

- untick the box #5  from the top "Forgot to plug in''

Had exactly the same issue and the dutch dealer explained to me how to stop these messages from turning up in the app.

 

note: my Lexus app is in Dutch, so it might be the case that my translations are not 100% accurate.

Have you got a scheduled charge set up and it is trying to charge at the scheduled time but the cable is not plugged in?

Thank you, this looks like the problem, it was every time I went out in the car it would throw the message up.
