Toyota Specialists

Does anyone know of any Toyota specialists? Im looking to have my timing belt changed and dont want to take it to any back street garage as they probably wont do it, and dont want to pay £69 + VAT an hour to a Toyota dealer. Ive seen loads for BMW's but none for Toyotas.

Does anyone know how long a timing belt change takes?

It`s really easy to do. It takes about 2-3 hours with the short rest for a beer :P

Does anyone know of anywhere good and/or recommended in SCOTLAND?

I called my local Toyota dealer and asked for a price for waterpump, timing belt, tensioner and pulley (is there anything else i need) After being on hold for 5minutes he told me he'd never heard of my car and asked what it looks like.... I told him its looks exactly like a Lexus is200 but has a diffrent engine in it, a beams 2ltr, he spoke to whoever was next to him and came back with "Ah yea i know what kind of car that is, its like an Avensis" :S WTF???

I got prices of him for parts and fitting and it came to around £550, if he has the correct car/parts tht is.

Anyone know anywhere in scotland who i can trust to do this job, i want to get it done soon as

I take it you won't be going to that garage then!

Sorry I can't help with a garage in Scotland but I do have a lot of knowledge regarding the Beans engine as other members will confirm.
