Centre Section Exhaust

Guys

I'm interested in getting a Blueflame exhaust via eBay :

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...sid=p2759.l1259

But I was wondering if anyone was interested in the centre section as I probably won't be using it.

I'm after a deep tone rather than screamer !

Looking at the HKS Silent Hi Power - but this might be too quite ?

Bang for buck, the Blueflame looks good.

Why wouldn't you use the centre section? Thats the whole point of cat back. It will make the exhaust quieter and release less power (which is minimal in the first place) if you keep the OEM centre. Might not even fit.

Yes the blueflame is good IMO, the HKS is as quiet as the OEM exhaust.

You will need the centre section, the blueflame back box will not fit without it.

Thanks for the heads up Mr Mole.

I think I will visit the local Powerflow and get a tail end stuck on the original box :)

Edit : Just noticed you have a HKS Silent Hi Power ? how loud/deep is it ?

Thanks for the help guys, but a random thing occured this afternoon.

Went with a friend to have his exhaust joint welded on his RS6 at Topgear, Hayes.

Whilst rummaging around looking at stuff, I found a tailpipe and thought hmmmm.

I've now got an unbranded tailpipe attached to my OEM backbox - you can still see the original tailpipe alas, but this will cover with deposits hopefully.

I'll get some pics up when I can.
