Yeah, ive done all that. Got a double din no-make touch screen dvd/cd/mp3/sd/usb player. But i just like the standard look. I think i will probably head towards the grom ipod adapter way.

just remember the number by the cassette must match (13901-13906) they are not cross swappable

£100 is a bargain there Rory, my mates went a couple of years back and I looked then and cheapest I could find was about 250 so he scrapped it!

if I remember correctly the chap didn't even mention the working condition, it was only cos I asked he said it was working, but still didn't edit the listing, and he included the amp (although I didn't need it), I was the only bidder, I got lucky with it

my original was on its way out as opposed to completely goosed, and I was (and still am) very impressed with the sound quality of the oem unit, it was an easier alternative at the time to fiddle with bypassing the amp and buying all the bits seperately, at the time bypass leads were £55+ and the housing was about £15, was worth the extra £30 to give eBay a try

rather than merely hi-jacking ur thread, I had a quick look on eBay and there are a few on of each type, just typed lexus cd as quite a few people don't use the model number
