yep, go 5 times a week:

monday - biceps, triceps, shoulders, core

tuesday - short cardio, chest, back, core

wednesday - boxing.

thursday - biceps, triceps, shoulders, core

friday - spin (the devil of all classes!!) and sometimes 45 mins on chest or back

i'd highly recomend spin classes to anyone wanting to burn fat and tone up legs and core muscles - mind you, hope you have a high pain threshold!lol!!!

just how much time everyones goes to the gym

ive just joined and been going everyday for about 1.5 hours

im tempted t o go again today

ive spent almost 4 years not being active at all

p.s my posts are short and sweet as ive broken my keyboard on my laptop after fitting an internal bluetooth module, so having to use the on screen keyboard whichis slooooooow

yes mate, they are, but damn well worth it - really get me in shape and save me caning leg weights in the gym

I never go to the gym as I hate it when people point and laugh at my moobs. But, I do have a cross trainer in my bedroom which I use for half an hour a day and then I do 100 sit ups. If I could afford it I would go to Beverly Hills and find the finest plastic surgeon and hand him a picture of Brad Pit or Travis Van Winkle and say when I wake up, I want to look better than them.
