mines a platinum ice with metallic gun metal standard 5 spoke 17's, will upload a pic over the weekend.

looks well when the car and wheels are shined up. and they disguise the brake dust for an extra day or two :whistling:

can't remember the exact colour, all i know its from the new honda range!

You want 1st class refurb, then use "wheels in motion" at East Kilbride. They did mine and they are fantastic. Fully recommend them m8.

Im interested in some pics of Silver cars with darker wheels as well. I've got the TTE 18s, and want to do something a bit different and have then like a dark silver, and then darken the head and tail lights to completement them. I've been looking at the different colours available for powdercoating, and there seems to be a couple of different silvers (silver and Hi Power silver) as well as Anthracite and Smoked chrome. The Anthracite looks too dark I think, so somewhere in between. I wouldn't mind a bit of mettalic in them as well to give them a nice sparkle in the sun.

In you find a nice colour mate I'l interested to seem them on the car.

I had mine done at Powdertec (just behind Lightcraft in Glasgow) I opted for titanium too and the finish was amazing. They also have an exchange set up where you can trade your old ones in for an original refurbished set - in a matter of hours. The guy I spoke to was called Michael who was very helpful

sorry to be sceptical but the above sounds like a dig at free advertising from the company

I think it's great that people are given the option of getting a choice of where to go for work on their Lexus. I had recommended The Wheel Specialist in East Kilbride. If you know somewhere that is good, you've got good experience of them, then I'd be more than pleased to try them out as not many guys/gals on here would point us in the direction of disreputable places. So, for me.. recommend away...

Col.. :winky: :) :D

I had a previous bad experience with my mercedes and whilst I dont like naming and shaming bad work - I think its only right to tell folk of the better folk out there

The wheel specialist in Newcastle is very good. I work for a garage and we send all our wheels to them 207 plus vat for four. They dip them in acid 1st then re finish rather than these mobile guys who just grind them down. If they are rotten like most lexus/toyota wheels are then they need to be dippe dina cid as the rot just comes back

Have you got any full car pics with those wheels on? Im looking to do my 18" styling kit alloys in a similar colour on a Plat Ice car with Styling kit, but can't decide on which shade. Something like yours or titanium would be nice.

Cheers

Gareth
