Re. Xenon Lights For My Is200 (2001 Old Shape)

Hi there, i'm new to this forum.

I have recently bought my IS200 S Y Reg (2001) Old shape i'd have thought.. What I wanted was to get the CCFL Angel Eyes which are 8000K from eBay.

Now my question is, after that I will also want to get a 'Bi Xenon' Kit for the headlights.. How do these work? As in, does the Hi/Lo thing refere to taking control of main beam and dipped beam aswell?

I'm not sure on alot of technical stuff so i'm sorry if it's all a silly question lol. Also, I would be extremely greatful if anyone could give me links either to where I can get this Bi Xenon's from and what bulb-type i'm looking for. Finally (I know i'm asking for alot ) but is it possible to get matching 8000K fog lights?.. If so, what bulb or kit am I after.. Links would be fantastic.
