hello. just in case anyone is thinking of doing this, although it sounds easy and many people say it is, i just did this mod and it was quite difficult. quite fiddly to connect the wires and find the positive and earth wires. you do need a fair amount of electrical knowledge. so if like me you think it,s an easy mod, please be aware it,s not as easy as it seems. by the way it worked first time and is worth doing ! thanx to geoffers for all the pictures without it wouldn,t have been possible. so thanx mate even tho we,ve never spoke !!!!!!

same here ! it looked quite easy from the guide but when I had all the materials ready and saw all the wires I thought no chance of me doing it ! got a mate who's an electrician to do it and he said it wasn't straight forward. worth it tho !
