Window Tinting ?

Hi, I,m still learning about my new lexus which i,ve only had a few days , it is a 03 reg IS200 Sport cross which I thought had tinted rear windows.

When cleaning the inside all windows seem the same tint and there are some swirl marks on the glass on the front s only.Te rears seem like the ordinary glass I have cleaned before but the fronts have a different 'feel' when I try to remove the marks .Could it be that the fronts have a film on them ? can it be cleaned or will I have to have it done again ,this may seem a daft question ,but I've never seen this film close up before

Could possibly be the front windows were tinted with film but its been removed and the swirls are the residue from the adhesive.
