Recalls

Hi, I have just bought my first Lexus and first impressions are fab fab fab. I was wondering though about the recalls that are much talked about here. I asked the squealler if they had all been done and he said that they had but too quickly. Where could I go to find out if my car had all the work done necessary?

You should be able to ring Lexus directly, give them your registration and they will advise if all the recalls have been carried out

Dont suppose you got the number? Tried my lexus dealer. Again they quickly said that all's ok but guessing that is not the same???

From your profile, it looks like you have an SE-I, which is one of the latest models of the IS 220D... there are no recent recalls as far as I am aware so you should be fine (mine is from early 2008 and no recalls since then).
