Just a quick question really. Is it worth getting my IS200 remapped?

I have doen a few bits and pieces to it. Exhaust (decat but have a resinator in for keep the back pressure) K&N panel filter. Only the little things really

I have asked a few mates and i seem to get different responses. Some say i will get a gain but others say its a waste of money as it wont do anythin at all. Could someone please shed some light on this for me please?

Do you get much of a gain from the piggy backs?

not a lot from just the piggyback but it helps make sure all the other mods work properly

you will be looking 5-7 bhp gain mate

You would not really be able to detect any genuine improvement in driving performance with less than about 30-40 bhp increase in power. Because efficiency is sacrificed it will slurp a bit more fuel though :crybaby:

The unichip is a good bit of kit though,

but it needs setting up by a dealer.

however looking at this page theres a plug and play wiring for the IS200: http://www.unichipeurope.co.uk/13/Unichip_..._range_listing/

Some good gains to be had according to the website.

give us a shout if you need any more info
