Bumper Removeal

I have bought myself a set of front and rear parking sensors for my is300 and was wondering how easy it is to remove the bumpers and does any body have any instructions or pictures thye could post up to help me.

Hi,

I have a full lexus fitting instruction for the rear sensors from my local dealer coz I will change my sensors to colored ones sometime when I have time for it so if you can wait till next weekend I will be able to send it to you
