I Have a 2000 plate lexus is200 se in the last hour of leavin my car locked the alarm is randomly going off and theres a ticking noise but no lights flashing the light on the key fob is working but wont lock or unlock the car but can use the key itself to get into the car and thats it can anyone help.

Have a search round on the 200/300 section rambo,there seem to be a number of alarm probs around, on mine I had to disable the internal roof sensor, but I only had random alarms going off, not your other symptoms.
