3 Litre 2Jz Engine Swap

2000 model is200. Thinking of a 2jz engine swap on the basis i can get hold of one cheap from a gs300. The gs is an auto but the car is complete including ecu. Anyone done the swap and how much diffrence is there when driving. Was it worth the work??

is it really that much hassle. I havent seen a 2jz engine for a while to be honest. but i have been offered this one complete in the car and can take what ever i need from it including the ecu. when i say cheap i mean real cheap. whats a 2jz engine worth??
