Meguires gold leather feeder is ideal. Cleans the leather and ensures it maintains its natural oils. You NEED to make sure what ever you use it does not sap the natural oils form the leather or it will eventually crack and split.

Could use an old toothbrush to help get into the perforation holes? Worked well for me when I needed to do it on a BMW a while back.

I'm a big fan of Meguiars leather cleaner/conditioner. Just apply to the toothbrush like you would toothpaste, and gently work it into the perforation holes. Leave it for a few seconds to lift the dirt, then wipe with a suitable cloth or towel.

I'd only use a worn toothbrush, as new ones are too stiff, and could cause damage.

It's a time consuming job, but worthwhile when they are looking clean! ;)
