I saw this in a local newspaper classifieds and thought it contradictory but amusing

I take it that someone shot the original engine with armour piercing shells :whistling:

Haha, bullet proof indeed, just needs a recon now and then. I dislike Rovers but to be fair there seems to be plenty still on the road.

I had an old Rover 820 hatchback, 2.0 petrol engine and it did me for about 18 months without hardly lifting the bonnet, Was also one of the most comfortable cars i have ever driven and happy cruising at 120 mph (not that i could do that kind of speed ;) ) Was a good bit bigger than the 75 though.

Btw well spotted, Made me chuckle :D
