Which Cd-R's Are Good With Lexus Hu?

Recommended Posts

Have a few digital albums i wan to burn onto CD to use in the car but wanted to know which CD-R's defo work??? I've tried some good quality CD-RW's which the HU didn't recognise. Then tried some cheapo CD-R's i had which it read ok till it warmed up then started to skip. What CD-R's are people using with the OEM Lexus HU that work fine???

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Dave.

Use Traxdata (Ritek premium) or Verbatim CD-Rs. Can't really go wrong with those. The early IS head units are incapable of reading CD-RW media as was the case with most CD players of that era. Not sure about the later ones.

Thanks guys.... I have a couple of Maxell CD-R's left so might try burning another one of those but on the laptop's burner rather than the PC's burner. If not i'll try a 10-pack of the Verbatim CD-R's as they're only £3 or £4.

Cheers
