Looks A Fantastic Car If A Tad Overpriced But I,m Sure Its Negotiable

Recommended Posts

Nice car and in about the same nick as mine, except mine has 14000 miles less :) and was a wee bit cheaper ;)

Can you post some pics of yours?

I agree its way over priced but how many of these out there with such a low mileage. I am sure there's plenty of room for negotiating.

Even of you paid £4K into the equation then bring all those years of trouble free years motoring it would still be cheap.

Wow, so mine at 8542 miles costing £3700 3 years ago ( 94 LS 400 ) was a snip ! Now done just short of 39000 miles and quite good looking to............ I should wash and polish it more often I guess.

Thought mine might be worth about £2k max tho !

The 93 one, whilst a nice looking car is much overpriced BUT there we have it, where oh where would you find another one and how much was it new ?????

Becoming a classic maybe and with many years of likely trouble free motoring ahead ( cambelt at 60k tho ! ).

If I didn't have mine I would have bought it but would have hoped for a significant deal on the price.

Great and classically beautiful car ..... one to drool over.

What a beauty. You cant ever get fed up with Good Design and quite often you cant better it.

I am waiting for a good spell of weather and I shall take some pics of mine and post some.

Given the current marketplace, a Mk1/2 LS400 with low miles isn't worth much over £1000.

Ultra low mileage cars really don't command a premium. Most wear and tear items are subject to aging as well as mileage wear, plus would you reall wan't to buy a car that only had it's mechanics exercised as very low, infrequent periods?

To whom?

As with everything that is slightly out of the ordinary - It's how much a person is willing to pay for it! Market value and Online valuations are nice for 13 in a dozen (modern) cars, but pretty much useless here.
