Interior Light Question

Hello All

Apologies if this appears a minor issue, but i'm curious as to whether the interior light should come on once the doors open?

This is the first car i've had with fancy red lights on the doors (woohoo), but no interior light.

I have the IS200 Sport model.

If i'm honest, i haven't checked for any door pins at all

thanks in advance :flowers:

I think you are looking at the wrong light mate. The one that should come on is in the centre of the roof just above the driver and passenger headrests. Move the switch to "Door" and it should come on when you unlock the doors via the remote or open the door.

My light comes on when door opens and when I close door goes off as soon as I lock doors

I have a Clifford alarm fitted

Can anyone tell me if it can be wired that when I unlock car using remote fob that interior light comes on.

Thank you
