Yes, but I believe you need to ask the dealer to do it for you

you can certainly make it worse - not sure if it can be disabled unless you located the buzzer and remove / cover it.

Here are the settings for the US vehicles, these settings are normally the same for the UK

Power back door buzzer volume

When opening the rear door, the buzzer volume can be programmed for the following:

6-7 high beeps activate when opening/closing.

6-7 medium beeps activate when opening/closing.

2 medium beeps activate when opening/closing the vehicle. (Standard)
